Betye Saar: Call and Response

Symmetry designed MMA’s presentation of Betye Saar: Call and Response based on an established title graphic and the artist’s wish to have an “intimate” setting in which to view her artwork. The exhibition examined the relationship between Saar’s preliminary annotated sketches and her finished work. The traveling exhibition was organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
